Harmony Prenatal Test - €550*

Harmony prenatal test is a new DNA-based blood test for Down syndrome (trisomy 21), Edwards syndrome (trisomy 18) and Patau syndrome (trisomy 13). At 11 weeks or later , you get  a simple blood test. The sample is sent to the laboratory, where it is analysed. Then your results are sent to you within 10-15 working days. This test can also be used to determine the sex of the baby.

Female contraception

Different contraceptives suit different people. There are several methods of contraception available e.g. injection, implant, mirena coil, copper coil, diaphragm or pill/mini pill and condom. 

HyCoSy - €340.00*

This is a transvaginal ultrasound scan of the fallopian tubes that allows to see if there are any problems that may be affecting pregnancy.   If the tubes are damages or blocked it may be difficult to become pregnant.  Three independent publications involving 715 patients reported an average of 40+ pregnancies within 2-6 months after HyCoSy procedure. The procedure takes 30 mins and will give a result immediately. It is very important to perform it during the first part of your cycle.

Follicle Tracking - €150.00 1st in cycle,

Follicle tracking is a service which allows women to know if and when exactly they ovulate. Follicles are fluid-filled sacs which develop on the ovary and contain the egg. Tracking involves scanning the ovaries regularly during your menstrual cycle and observing the follicles as they increase in size.

AMH - €145

Anti-Mullerian Hormone Test (AMH) - is a hormone made by the small follicles in the ovary which have not yet begun to develop into mature eggs or ovum. It is used to measure a woman's ovarian reserve from a small serum sample. It reflects where she is in her reproductive lifespan or how close she is to menopause.

Cervical Smear

Smears are carried out by our female Doctor who is registered with the National Cervical Screening Programme.  You must have received a letter to come for your pap smear.
